Company background

The company was founded in January, 1996. During this time a client base of over 3,000 names has been built. These clients are both construction companies as well as private individuals.

COMPANY GOALS

The goal of RapidGrade, Inc. is to provide the customer with speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and excellent operators, as well as competitive cost for product and service.

THE MANAGEMENT TEAM

Phyllis Anderson, President. Ms Anderson worked for Pacific Power and Light Company in Portland, Oregon for 34 years. For ten years prior to her retirement in June, 1996, she was the Office Administrator for Hydro Resources. One of her duties was to provide budgeting and accounting for a department of 190 employees. In addition to providing budgeting plans and accounting reports, she trained employees in new systems, some of which were annual budget preparation, payroll, pc-based accounting reports, and Visa card use and accounting.

CURRENT EMPLOYEES

Ross Johnston, General Manager/Operator, joined RapidGrade, Inc. in May 2004.

Jerry Buckner, operator, joined RapidGrade, Inc. in June, 2005.

James P. Reynolds, operator, has worked for RapidGrade, Inc. for five years.
